This is a definite go to! Their green chile is yummy. Service is exceptional. My only issue is they only accept cash. But I get it.

I have not had a green chile smothered bean burrito from Griego's since like 2013., but I dream about them and try to make my own. I ate one a week for the ten years I lived there. If you like your abuela's homemade, whole-bean burritos, this is the closest thing to homemade authentic Southwestern or Northern New Mexico home style cooking you can find. Thank you Greigos

Gimme my Chile rellano and sopapillas with Honeyville honey and Kimi is a happy girl. First stop for us "kids" who grew up in Durango.

Just ate there yesterday. One of my families favorite restaurants of all times. We love the sopapillas, french fries, all of the Mexican food, and the chips and salsa are to die for. Highly recommend. The salsa/pico de gallo could be the best I've ever had. The owner is very sweet.

This mexican food is absolutely worth dying for. I'm from Arizona but always stop at Griego's whenever I'm in Durango. The green chiles are always phenomenal and I usually order some a la carte tacos as well! Service is always fine and quick.

Came back after 10 years to Griego's and still the same yummy food. Love the enchiladas and tacos and needed my Durango fix. It's your basic real Mexican cuisine south of the border family operated business with great food at an affordable price. Thanks for wonderful visit, Adios until another time...
